When I was younger with little work experience, things were rough; tackling challenges every day, I realized failure today can pave success tomorrow. That experience also gave me fun, joy and a sense of fulfillment. We need these kinds of senses; so we aim to operate businesses where all people concerned can feel “fun”, “joy” and “fulfillment”.
